A business consulting firm for growth in the Middle East and Europe

For leadership teams deciding where to grow, how to price and how to organise for it. We turn those decisions into a 12-month roadmap with named owners and dates.

A small sprout glowing violet as it grows out of a seed

What a business consulting engagement with Nawa covers

Nawa is a business consulting firm working with leadership teams in the Middle East and Europe, from SMEs to European companies planning their first Gulf move. We help you make a few decisions well: which markets and customers to pursue, how to price, how to organise the company, and what to digitise first.

Each decision ends up in a roadmap with owners and milestones, so the plan survives the first busy month. The same four people also advise on technology and digital, which means the plan reflects what your systems and channels can deliver.

Who it is for

Leadership teams deciding where and how to grow. Usually the business works, the team is stretched, and the next stage needs choices that nobody inside has time to research properly.

What's included

  • Growth strategy

Which markets, segments and products to prioritise, based on evidence about demand, competition and your own margins.

  • Business model and pricing review

How you make money today, where margin leaks, and how pricing should change by market and customer type.

  • Operating model

Who decides what, how teams are organised and which processes need to change for the next stage.

  • Digital transformation roadmap

What to digitise first and in what order, connected to the business case and to what your systems can support.

  • KPI frameworks

A small set of measures that show whether the strategy is working, with definitions everyone agrees on.

  • Board-ready plans

Documents a board or investor can read and approve, in English and Arabic where needed.

Business consulting across Gulf and European ways of working

In many Gulf companies, decisions sit close to the owner or chairman, and personal relationships carry real weight in choosing partners. European boards tend to expect a written case circulated before the meeting. We prepare for both: an Arabic summary for the chairman and an English board paper, if that is what the room needs.

Gulf businesses work Sunday to Thursday; we are in Europe on CET/CEST. Workshops and leadership sessions are scheduled in the hours both sides share, and documents are ready before the Gulf week starts.

Questions buyers ask

Do you work with SMEs, or only large companies?

SMEs and mid-sized companies are the core of our work. The engagement is scaled to the decisions you face, so a focused pricing review is a smaller piece of work than a full growth strategy.

Do you stay for implementation?

If you want us to. Because Nawa also delivers marketing, technology and e-commerce work, parts of the roadmap can be run by the same team that wrote it. Many clients implement in-house and use us for quarterly reviews.

Can you present to our board in Arabic?

Yes. The team works natively in Arabic and English, as well as German, Spanish and French, and board documents can be prepared in whichever language the board reads.

What do you need from us to start?

Time with the leadership team, access to financial and customer data, and one person inside the company who can open doors. We send a short list of documents before the first workshop.

Bring the decision you're facing

Book a consultation and tell us what the leadership team is trying to decide. We will suggest how to approach it and what the first weeks would involve.
