How our consulting engagement process works

Five stages, the same for every service. Each one ends with something you can read and a decision only you can make, so the work never moves on without you.

One method for marketing, technology and strategy

Our consulting engagement process is the same whether we are rebuilding a Salla store, planning a cloud migration or preparing a Saudi market entry. The content of each stage changes. The order does not: understand the problem, agree the direction, build, measure, then scale what works.

Keeping one method means you always know where a project stands and what comes next. It also means a marketing engagement and a technology engagement can run side by side and report to you in the same format.

The five stages in detail

What we do, what you receive and what you decide at each stage.

  1. Discover

We interview your leadership and the people closest to customers, review your data, systems and channels, and study competitors in each target market. For Gulf and European work we look at both markets in their own language. You decide whether our reading of the problem is right before anything is planned. Typical length: [NEEDS CLIENT INPUT: Discover stage duration].

What you receiveA written diagnostic: what is working, what is holding you back, and the questions the strategy must answer.
  2. Strategize

We turn the diagnostic into a direction: which markets, channels, systems or offers to prioritise, which to drop, and what each will cost in time and budget. You decide the priorities and sign off the KPIs we will be measured against. Typical length: [NEEDS CLIENT INPUT: Strategize stage duration].

What you receiveA strategy document with a prioritised roadmap, owners, milestones and agreed KPIs.
  3. Build

We deliver what the strategy calls for: a bilingual site, an integration, a localised brand, a campaign set-up or an operating model. You review work in short cycles, so changes happen early rather than at launch. Typical length: [NEEDS CLIENT INPUT: Build stage duration].

What you receiveThe finished work, with documentation, access handed to your team and training where needed.
  4. Optimize

Once real customers and real data arrive, we measure against the KPIs from Strategize, test changes and fix what underperforms. You decide which tests to run and which results justify a bigger budget. Typical length: [NEEDS CLIENT INPUT: Optimize stage duration].

What you receiveRegular performance reports against the agreed KPIs, with recommended next actions.
  5. Grow

We scale what has proved itself: a channel that converts, a market that responds, a process that saves hours. We also hand more of the work to your team where that makes sense. You decide how far to expand and what to keep in-house. Typical length: [NEEDS CLIENT INPUT: Grow stage duration or ongoing terms].

What you receiveA growth plan for the next period and a clear split of what Nawa runs and what your team runs.

What you see between stages

Each stage closes with a short review meeting and a written summary. Nothing moves to the next stage until you have approved the deliverable. If Discover shows that the brief was wrong, for example that a store needs better product content before it needs paid ads, we say so and adjust the plan with you.

You get one main contact on our side and direct access to the specialist doing each part of the work.

Working across the Gulf week and European hours

Our clients in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf work Sunday to Thursday. We are in Europe, on CET or CEST, and work Monday to Friday. That leaves Monday to Thursday as shared working days, and we schedule reviews and workshops on those days.

Saudi Arabia is one hour ahead of Central European Summer Time and two hours ahead in winter, so a morning call in Riyadh is an early morning call for us, and we plan for it. Written updates arrive before your working week starts. For urgent questions, WhatsApp reaches the team directly. [NEEDS CLIENT INPUT: confirm working hours and any Sunday availability].
